Recreational Boating is Big Business
Recreational
boating in New York means business - big business. A study that
was commissioned by New York Sea Grant
and conducted by a group of Cornell University researchers found
that boaters spent a whopping $2.4 billion in 2003, despite the
poor summer weather. Other interesting facts include:-
