Marinas with fueling facilities should be equipped with spill containment equipment.  Spill response kits like this typically contain materials like absorbent booms and sheets that are to used to soak up or contain spilled fuel or oil.  As a rule of thumb, marinas should have a boom that is three times as long as the longest boat expected to be serviced, to ensure a spill could be contained.
