Dustless sanders cost approximately $1,000 apiece.  Some marina operators have found they can actually recoup at least a portion of the total cost by renting the sanders to customers.  Boat owners and yard workers often prefer using the dustless sander because they get less dirty and cleanup is easier, saving time and money.
