Dry wells, essentially small pits filled with stone, attached to roof downspouts can be used to collect and store roof runoff allowing this clean water to infiltrate into the ground rather than flow over work or storage areas in the marina.  While dry wells do not treat storm water, they do reduce the overall volume runoff and can help either eliminate the need for other storm water management measures or at least limit the size needed.
