This submission portal is open to researchers to submit full proposals based on previously reviewed preproposals submitted for NYSG's 2024-25 Research Call for preliminary proposals. 

Applications must be received electronically by New York Sea Grant by 4:30 p.m. Eastern on Monday, May 8, 2023.
